Shipping&Shipping Fee

If it is in stock, it will be shipped the same day as your order from the China, within 2-3 working days from the US warehouse. If it's out of stock, we will make new items in 3-7 working days.

For customization orders, we need 30-60 days to produce your item.

Warehouse: US, EU, CA, UK, China.

Carrier: DHL, FedEx, SF, UPS, etc.

Delivery time: 3-6 days (depending on flight and distance).

There will be shipping fee when shipping from China warehouse, no shipping fee from other warehouses.

Refund&Return Policy

Overview

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can chat with us online. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who bears the cost of the return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong item as it arrives at the buyer, we'll bear the return shipping; If it's non-defective, the buyer will bear the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
