Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply chat with us online. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
We cover the return shipping costs if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you're returning a non-defective item, you'll be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
For the fastest exchange, return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
