 Eligibility:

1. The competition is open to participants from around the world!
2. Who love electric guitar music and have a certain level of performance ability.
3. Submitted works must be original or legally performed pieces with positive and healthy content.

 Important Dates:

• Submission Period: August 1, 2024, to September 15, 2024
• Winner Announcement: September 25, 2024 - September 30, 2024

 Submission Instructions:

• Required Materials:Submit a video of you performing an original music piece or cover. Show your creativity—editing skills are not judged, but please ensure the content meets taste standards and adheres to laws and regulations.
• Video Length:The video must be at least 30 seconds and Maximum 3 minutes You must appear in the video playing guitar or bass, with your hands clearly visible.
• Video Format:Any format is acceptable, (vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9) but we prefer vertical 9:16 ratio, and preferably HD. (1080P or more). All participants must send their performance videos with Required Information via WeTransfer or similar service to media@eartmusic.com and ventas@eartmusicla.com. EART will upload these videos to all EART Guitar social media accounts (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Participants MUST share the video on their oen social media, encouraging fans to like and comment.

 Judging Criteria:

Our judges will follow specific and detailed standards to ensure fairness, including:

1. Technical skill in playing: including accuracy, rhythm, speed, dynamics, tone control, etc.
2. Artistic expression: understanding of the piece, emotional delivery, and video presentation
3. Video quality: overall quality of video and audio
4. Originality: creativity and uniqueness of original or arranged works
5. Social media votes: Participants MUST upload the participation video in their OWN social media, tagging @eartmusic_la and @eartguitarsofficial, encouraging fans to like and comment. The Jury will consider, together with the above mentioned criteria, the number of likes and comments on EART’s social media accounts and participants accounts. So we suggest to participants, to promote his material and Contest in all the ways.

Judging Process:

1. Preliminary Selection: The committee will initially screen videos that meet the entry requirements.
2. Secondary Review: The public jury members will score according to the evaluation criteria, selecting the finalists.
3. Finals: The Head of the Judging Committee Memberwill conduct an online review, ultimately determining and announcing the winners of each award.

 Prizes:

• 1st Place (Guitar or Bass Category):
  • Guitar: Exclusive EART Collector's Edition – CLOUD DRAGON (YunChi) Electric Guitar or Exclusive EART HLA Series Guitar
  • Bass: Exclusive EART HLA Series Bass

Valued between $2,600 and $5,000, chosen by the winner, along with a 12-month artist contract provided by EART.

 

• 2nd Place:
  • Exclusive EART NK-TCS-HLA Series or DMX-9HLA Series Guitar
  • Valued between $1,600 and $2,500, chosen by the winner, along with a 12-month artist contract provided by EART.

 

• 3rd Place:
  • EART DMX Series Guitar, chosen by the winner.

 

• Other prizes and awards will be adjusted and determined based on the results of the competition.

 

 Results:

Winners will be announced between September 21-25, 2024, and notified via Instagram DM or WhatsApp/email.
