- We have selected expedited shipping for our customers, but it requires some time because we manually upload the tracking number to the corresponding order after it is returned from the warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
- US/CA/EU warehouses: tracking number available within 3 business days, delivery within 7 business days after placement. (90% of customers can receive the product within this time window, while the rest may be delayed due to distance and other reasons. Thank you for your patience. )
- China warehouse: 5ā10 or 15ā20 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method. Please note: for the 15-20 business days shipping, the tracking number will be generated once the parcel arrives the destination country, please wait patiently before then.
