- If orders are from the EU/US/CA warehouses, there's no VAT/customs/taxes.
- If orders are from China warehouse, it depends on the shipping methods you choose, you can see it directly on your checkout page.
Please be aware that if a customer choses 5–10 days shipping method but refuses delivery due to customs duties or taxes, we will not accept any requests for order cancellations or refunds. We strongly encourage our customers to communicate with us effectively to address any concerns related to customs charges instead of refusing delivery.

What addresses do you ship to?
- US warehouse is only open to US customers;
- CA warehouse is only open to CA customers;
- EU warehouse is only open to EU customers;
- CHN warehouse is open to worldwide customers.
- There are still a few regions where our delivery services are currently unavailable as we continue to expand our global reach. We are actively working to include these areas in the near future and appreciate your understanding.
When to expect my delivery?
- We have selected expedited shipping for our customers, but it requires some time because we manually upload the tracking number to the corresponding order after it is returned from the warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
- US/CA/EU warehouses: 0–6 business days. (90% of customers can receive the product within this time window, while the rest may be delayed due to distance and other reasons. Thank you for your patience. )
- China warehouse: 5–10 or 15–20 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.
- We'll email you the tracking number once it's available. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like sales, distance, flight schedules, or customs clearance.
